Gregory William has nearly a decade of expertise and experience in the fields of trademark and copyright law. Prior to joining Danielson Legal, Greg was an attorney at Goodwin Procter LLP, where he focused on domestic and foreign trademark clearance, prosecution, management, enforcement and strategy. Greg also works on encryption export control matters. He has experience representing entities of all sizes in a variety of industries, including technology, medical devices, financial services, hospitality and food and beverage.
Mr. William holds a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, with a concentration in intellectual property, which was awarded with distinction. While a student, he was the Lead Articles Editor of the Suffolk Journal of Health and Biomedical Law, was awarded the Jurisprudence Award in antitrust law, and was a member of Suffolk’s Giles Rich patent moot court team. Greg holds a B.A. in Biology from Roger Williams University and a B.S. in Criminal Justice, magna cum laude, also from Roger Williams. Mr. William is admitted to practice before the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts and the U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts.
