Litigation and Dispute Resolution
We represent clients in intellectual property, business, and employment disputes in federal and state courts as well as before various administrative bodies. We have substantial experience litigating cases, from pre-trial motions, intensive discovery practice, and through trial. In addition to litigating cases when necessary, our Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department works with our clients to avoid litigation when possible through settlement negotiations as well as alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation.
